I am seeking an Excel spreadsheet template to enhance organization and coordination within my team.
DC Devco LLC is a specialized real estate development firm focused on preparing land for large-scale end users, including prominent companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
At DC Devco, our team identifies significant land parcels that meet the requirements for extensive data center campuses. We transform raw land into operational data center sites by conducting comprehensive due diligence. This process involves, but is not limited to, property surveying, site plan development, load ramp design, grading plans, wetlands assessments, geotechnical engineering, Phase I environmental studies, rezoning, permitting, and ultimately securing a commitment from the utility provider for projects exceeding 1,000 megawatts.
To maintain organization and ensure effective collaboration among team members, I need a spreadsheet containing the following information: project name, project status, project deadlines, Landowner, landowner phone, email,due diligence items required for completion, costs associated with due diligence, acreage of the project, total campus size, requested IT campus load, and the megawatt capacity requested from the power provider.
Right now we have 12 projects in the US. Each project needs its own tab in the spreadsheet but all will be similar.
