I need a fully DOT-compliant temporary traffic control plan to cover a single-day construction crane lift. The job is short in duration—under 6 hours—but the traffic impact is significant enough that our permit office is asking for a formal plan that meets current MUTCD and state DOT standards.
The scope is limited to this one operation, so accuracy and clarity matter more than elaborate detail. I will supply the roadway dimensions, speed limits, and an aerial photo. From that you will create a scaled work-zone diagram with all necessary tapers, buffer zones, sign spacing, and flagger positions, plus a brief narrative explaining the set-up, active, and removal phases.
