CostX 5D BIM NRM2 BOQ

The 3D model for this project is already complete and set up for measurement; what I now need is a fully structured Bill of Quantities produced in iTWO CostX, measured strictly in accordance with NRM2.

Please import the model, apply the correct measurement rules, and generate itemised quantities with clear descriptions, unit rates and totals. I expect the final BOQ to be delivered both as a CostX file (for traceability) and a neatly formatted Excel export ready for pricing.

You should be fully comfortable navigating model-based take-off in CostX, setting up rate libraries, and organising the workbook so that every element is easy to audit back to the geometry. If anything is unclear in the model, flag it early so we can resolve it before the quantities are locked down. Accuracy and adherence to NRM2 are the key success factors on this assignment.
