We are remodeling our house and we need a project manager to deal with the construction company and its workers/budgets/materials/providers/city permits follow up/schedule follow up/project timeline, etc
Need someone who speaks at least a little spanish
Our house is located in Portola Valley and we are remodeling and also doing a new construction (the construction company is already hired but they don't have a project manager).
The project manager should live close in order to visit the house periodically.
