Construction Schedule Detailed Edits

I'm looking for a skilled estimator or quantity surveyor experienced in the field of construction to make specific edits to our current construction Schedule of Values (SOV). The task will require:
- Adding new line items
- Modifying present cost values
The end goal for these modifications is to significantly improve our project’s budget management. Note that these changes should not take into consideration alterations in labor, materials, equipment, or subcontractor costs as they are not the focus of this task. By doing this, we hope to create a more efficient and practical tool for managing our project's expenditure.
