The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning and scheduling, resolving issues during the construction and commissioning phases, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules using Smartsheet
- Address and resolve issues that arise during construction and commissioning
- Maintain effective communication with the client, principal designer, and site manager
- Ensure projects adhere to tight schedules and budget constraints
- Attend meetings in Croydon as required
