Construction Primavera Schedule Creation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’ve been tasked with producing a clear, construction-focused programme in Primavera P6 that shows exactly how the job will unfold from day one through final handover. The emphasis is timeline planning, so every activity has to be logically linked, resource-loaded where relevant, and presented in a way that management, site supervisors, and clients can read at a glance.
Scope
The schedule must cover the full life cycle of the project, beginning with site preparation, moving through core construction works, and concluding with finishing and inspection. Within each phase I’ll need the typical sub-tasks (mobilisation, earthworks, structural works, MEP installation, finishes, snagging, commissioning, etc.) sequenced to expose the critical path and key milestones.
Narrative Statement
Alongside the P6 file and Gantt chart, I also require a concise narrative statement. This write-up should explain the logic, calendars, assumed crew sizes, float management, and any constraints you’ve set so that stakeholders understand why activities sit where they do on the bar chart.

• PDF export of the Gantt chart suitable for board-level reporting
• Narrative statement (Word or PDF) describing methodology, sequencing and critical path reasoning
