Construction Management Capstone Support

Job ID: 40250996

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am in the final stretch of my Construction Management program and need expert guidance to polish my Capstone Project for an academic audience. The core topic will revolve around current best-practice issues in construction management; however, I still have flexibility to refine the exact research focus together (whether that turns out to be cost modelling, risk analysis, advanced scheduling, or a hybrid of these).

What I already have: preliminary ideas, some industry data sets, and university formatting guidelines.
What I need from you: a seasoned construction management professional or researcher who can help me shape a clear research question, validate the methodology, assist with data interpretation, and refine the final written report so it meets graduate-level academic standards (APA 7th). If you are comfortable with tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, or even BIM-based quantity-take-off software, that will be a plus, though not strictly mandatory.

Deliverables I expect:
• An agreed-upon research framework and outline
• Iterative feedback on drafts (literature review, methodology, findings, conclusion)
• A concise slide deck summarising the work for my academic defence
The complete capstone. It’s just one big project. Go to capstone examples that is wat the project is supposed to look like in the end
Acceptance criteria: all writing must be original, thoroughly referenced, evidence-based, and free of grammatical errors; analysis should align with accepted scholarly methods in construction management.

Timeline is three weeks from project start, with mini-milestones we will set together for each chapter. If you enjoy blending practical site knowledge with rigorous academic writing, let’s collaborate and make this capstone stand out.
