I will share the full PDF plan set for a new multifamily development—architectural, structural, civil, and MEP sheets. Your task is to perform a pre-construction constructibility review and flag anything that could delay or complicate the build.
The priority is to uncover design conflicts between the disciplines and any constructibility hurdles that could surface once work begins. If you notice obvious code red flags along the way, feel free to highlight them as well.
Deliverables
• An Excel matrix that logs every issue: sheet reference, brief description, discipline(s) involved, severity, and suggested resolution.
• A consolidated RFI list ready for the design team.
I expect clear, concise notes written so field crews and consultants can act on them immediately. Familiarity with standard clash-detection workflows (Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar) will help, but use whatever tool lets you work fastest—the finished spreadsheet and RFI log are what matter.
