Complete 1000x750m Factory Setup Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a full master plan that turns a 1000 m × 750 m plot into a world-class mechanical workshop. The facility must house three core areas—machining (turning, milling, drilling), welding and grinding, plus all supporting services—and meet recognised global safety and production standards.
Scope
• Lay out every bay, aisle and utility line so material flows smoothly from raw stock to finished part.
• Size and position turning, milling, drilling centres alongside welding and surface-prep stations, leaving space for future CNC upgrades.
• Define the HR and manpower matrix for continuous three-shift operation (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00), covering operators, maintenance, quality, HSE and support staff.
• Build a clear mechanical supervisory structure that keeps output, quality and safety on target.
• List required services—power, compressed air, cooling water, gases, tool storage, crane coverage—and integrate them into the drawings.
• Ensure the whole layout complies with OSHA-style EHS rules, fire exits, ventilation and noise control.
Required deliverables
1. Site master plan (PDF + editable AutoCAD)
2. Detailed workshop layout with equipment footprints and utility drops
3. Equipment specification sheet with recommended capacities and counts
4. Shift-wise manpower roster and job descriptions
5. Supervision and reporting hierarchy chart
6. Bill of utilities with estimated loads
7. Brief implementation timeline and milestone chart
