Commercial Plan Takeoff Needed

I need an estimator to review the floor plans and pull the partition wall-length measurement in linear feet, translate those figures into drywall square-footage requirements, and prepare a material take-off for that scope. I’ll need the framing of the partitions and the drywall. Those are the two scopes, framing and hanging drywall only. This does not include any drywall finishing. That will be completed by others.

I will send the PDF plans as soon as we agree to proceed. Please use any professional takeoff software you are comfortable with—Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or a comparable tool is fine—so long as the numbers reconcile against the architectural sheets.

Deliverables:
• total wall lengths (LF) referenced to sheet and detail.
• Corresponding drywall area (SF) with clear assumptions on wall height or multi-layer assemblies.
• Consolidated material list broken out by board type, fasteners, mud, and tape.

Signal any plan discrepancies you spot, and note any clarifications you needed to make.
