I’m preparing a large-scale commercial build and need a seasoned estimator to turn my complete set of drawings into clear numbers I can trust. The stamped PDFs are ready to share, so you can dive straight into the plans and extract every length of conduit, feeder, branch circuit, device, fixture, panel and piece of supporting hardware.

Here’s what I’m counting on you for: precise material quantification and an accompanying labour estimate that reflects realistic crew productivity. I expect a structured spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) showing item codes, quantities, unit descriptions, and calculated labour hours, plus a concise summary page for quick reference. If you work in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Accubid or similar take-off software, let me know—the file exports will streamline my internal review.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do need an interim progress file mid-way so I can confirm you’re interpreting the plans the same way I am. Once the final numbers align with the drawings and specification notes, the job is complete.
