Commercial Electrical Blueprint Estimation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a steady stream of commercial electrical blueprints that need a sharp, reliable estimate before we bid. Your task is to perform a full take-off from the plans, then translate the quantities into a clear cost projection that covers both material and labor.
Here is what I expect each time:
• A concise material list with current pricing.
• A detailed labor breakdown—show hours, crews, and rates so I can see exactly where the effort goes.
I’ll forward the drawings (PDF or DWG) and any specs as soon as we agree to proceed. Use the estimating software you’re most comfortable with—Accubid, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar—so long as the final report is easy for my project managers to review.
Accuracy is critical; if you flag discrepancies or RFIs in the plans while you work, that’s a bonus and will be noted for future jobs. Turnaround is typically a few days per set, but let me know your realistic timeline when you respond.
