Commercial Building BOQ & Estimate
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a full set of civil drawings for a mid-size commercial building and now need a complete, well-structured Bill of Quantities with an accompanying cost estimate. Every item that appears on the drawings must be broken down and priced, covering material, labour and equipment costs so that I can move directly into tendering with confidence.
Please work from the drawings exactly as issued; no scope assumptions beyond what you see. Use industry-standard descriptions and measurement rules (SMM7 or local CESMM equivalent) and structure the spreadsheet so rates, quantities and totals can be traced quickly. An editable Excel workbook is preferred, but you may also supply a locked PDF summary for presentation purposes.
Deliverables:
• BOQ in Excel, fully itemised with separate columns for material, labour and equipment rates
• Consolidated cost summary sheet, auto-linked to the detailed BOQ
• Brief methodology note explaining measurement conventions and any clarifications taken
I will review against the drawings line-by-line, so accuracy and logical sequencing are essential for acceptance. When you respond, focus on your prior experience preparing BOQs for commercial buildings; that is the key selection factor for me.
