A single, well-organized workbook (Excel, CostX, or similar) that breaks down each building component by CSI division or another logical structure you recommend. Totals should roll up automatically, with clear assumptions noted on a summary tab.
Acceptance Criteria
• Figures trace back to reputable data sources (RSMeans, recent supplier quotes, or region-specific labor tables).
• Formulas remain unlocked for verification.
• All costs presented in local currency with a date stamp for future escalation adjustments.
