Colorado Civil Engineer for Private Road Inspection

In search of a Colorado-registered civil engineer to do a private road inspection. Must complete the inspection with a stamped statement certifying private road access in accordance with 3.7.8 Transportation Design & Construction Manual for Jefferson County (attached). Must have an active license with Colorado state. This is a one-time project for a single home approval for a Short Term Rental license application.
