Class A Contractor for Utility & Street Enhancements
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
I am in need of a Class A contractor to oversee some critical street and utility improvements for a new build encompassing 10 lots, starting with current house we are building. The project encompasses work on both water, gas lines and sewer lines, we have temp power on site, but lines need to be extended to lots, etc.
Key project components include:
- Upgrading and extending water lines
- Bringing the sewer line onto the property
- Enhancing the electrical infrastructure
- Gas lines
Additionally, the street will require paving and resurfacing once lines are drawn. Distance approximately 300 feet from water main to property.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience as a Class A contractor
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in utility and street enhancements
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to tackle potential challenges on-site.
