Civil PE Stamp & CBMPP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing a site-plan package for a small ice-vending installation on a 10' × 12.5' concrete pad within an existing gravel “U-Sell” lot. The zoning office has cleared everything except two engineer-sealed items, and I need a licensed Civil Engineer to finish them.
Project background
• Work on site is limited to the slab, utility tie-ins, and a 3' × 3' × 4' gravel infiltration pit for condensate.
What I need from you
1. Draft, sign, and stamp the “no storm-water improvements required” letter in professional format.
2. Review my existing Construction Best Management Practices Plan, enrich it as needed with:
– Erosion control methods
– Site-specific work practices
– Waste management plans
Then sign and stamp the final CBMPP.
I will provide the full site plan (CAD/PDF), my CBMPP draft, aerials, and any supporting calculations the moment we start. Please confirm your current Civil PE license and turn-around time when you respond.
