We are a large framing, concrete and roofing contractor and I need help developing a job cost tracking spreadsheet. I prefer this spreadsheet to be linked to some sort of pie chart showing percentages of job cost for each cost codes, such as lumber, trusses, hardware, equipment rental, crane rental, etc . I also need help tracking weekly payroll against piece prices, these seem to continually run over budget and it stems from our existing excel spreadsheet. I am decent in excel but far from a Proffessional.
