Cement, Sand, Labour Estimation for Tender

I am seeking an experienced estimator or civil engineer to prepare a detailed quantity estimation based on a government tender BOQ (Bill of Quantity) with a total tender value of ₹18,00,000. The task involves calculating the quantities and costs for cement, sand, and labour, incorporating standard wastage percentages.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in understanding government BOQ formats, preferably HSR.
- Ability to provide a clear and detailed estimation.
- Final output should be delivered in both Excel and PDF formats.
- Familiarity with UHBVN tender types is essential.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in quantity estimation for government tenders.
- Strong background in civil engineering or a related field.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
