Building Certification License
Budget: $5,000 – $15,000 AUD
I need a licensed construction manager to provide certification for my residential building project. The development application (DA) for an extension to my duplex has been approved.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid builder's license
- Provide licence for building rules certification to be completed
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed construction management experience
- Familiarity with residential building regulations
- Strong understanding of certification processes
Retired South Australian Builder but cannot get licence as the 78m2 extension is a duplex. Certification is completed except for valid licence. Manager will be required to sign off on the necessary stage regulations after inspecting the work.
