Bank-Ready Building Cost Estimate

I need a professional quantity surveyor to turn my sanctioned G+1 residential drawing into a bank-compliant cost estimate. The plot measures 1,800 sq ft and the total built-up area will be about 2,000 sq ft.

The estimate must be prepared floor-wise in a single Excel workbook and show a detailed, item-by-item break-down of both material and labor costs. Each row should list the item description, unit, quantity, rate, and amount, with separate subtotals for the ground and first floors, plus a grand total for the full project. Please base your figures on current market rates and note any key assumptions so I can adjust numbers later if needed.

Deliverables accepted:
• Excel (.xlsx) file with individual sheets for Ground Floor, First Floor, and an overall Summary
• Fully itemized BOQ covering all trades (earthwork, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Clear notes on rate sources and exclusions

I will provide the sanctioned drawing in PDF/DWG as soon as we start. A 3 days turnaround is ideal.
