Ayodhya Community Hall Costing

Job ID: 40552638

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m starting a small-scale community hall in Ayodhya that will seat up to 100 people, and I need a civil engineer who can take the project from a blank page to a clear, defensible cost figure. Your brief covers every major element of costing—materials, labour, and the overall project estimate—since I have neither preliminary numbers nor layout plans in place yet.

You’ll begin by proposing a simple schematic layout that satisfies local building norms, then translate that concept into a detailed Bill of Quantities. From there, I want a granular breakdown of material rates, labour allocations, and contingency percentages so I can see exactly where each rupee is heading and why. Using familiar tools such as AutoCAD (or similar drafting software) for the drawings and an Excel-driven model for the costing sheets will keep the information easy for me to update later.

Deliverables

• Itemised BOQ with current Ayodhya market rates for materials and labour
• A consolidated cost summary highlighting totals, contingencies, and cost-saving notes

Acceptance criteria: figures must align with prevailing local prices this quarter, calculations must be traceable back to their data source, and the entire package should be ready for submission to a local contractor without further edits.
