I’m seeking an electrical estimator who already knows the ins and outs of Australian commercial projects. When I send you drawings and specifications, I need you to return a sharp, defensible number that reflects local labour rates, supplier pricing and AS/NZS standards without a steep learning curve on your side.

Your deliverables will be:
• Complete cost estimates drawn from plans and specs
• Accurate, itemised material take-offs
• A tidy, submission-ready bid package

I’ll provide PDFs, fixture schedules and any existing supplier agreements; you supply the spreadsheets and notes in the format we agree on. Accuracy is paramount, but I also value clear communication—flag missing information early, and feel free to suggest value-engineering ideas where they make sense.
