Arkansas GC Permit Pull
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need an Arkansas-licensed General Contractor who can act as the permit holder of record on three upcoming retail refreshes across the state. The scopes are light—minimal demo, interior framing, electrical work, a bit of interior masonry, plus basic paint and finish upgrades—yet the local building departments still require a GC to secure the permits.
If you hold additional GC licenses in the SE that could lead to additional projects.
Here’s the arrangement:
• You supply your active Arkansas license, complete the permit applications, and remain available to answer any plan-review or inspection questions.
• My tenant’s own crews handle scheduling, on-site supervision, labor, materials, bonds—everything beyond the permit itself.
• Two stores must start and finish within 30 days once the permit is issued; the third runs 60 days and includes cutting new openings in an existing masonry demising wall to merge two suites.
What I will provide:
– Signed and sealed drawings, if the AHJ requests them.
– All fees for permits, bonds, and inspections paid up-front by the tenant.
– Direct contact with the project manager so you’re looped in on every inspection date.
Project permitting in progress
Deliverable:
1. Approved building permit for each of the three locations, issued under your license.
2. Confirmation that final inspections have passed (I’ll supply the close-out documents; you simply sign where the AHJ requires the GC of record).
If you’re licensed, in good standing, and comfortable serving as the permit holder for light retail TI work, let’s talk and get the first application filed this week.
