We are seeking Architectural support for the following Multifamily related tasks:
Visiting several project sites monitoring, evaluating, reporting on architectural and construction firms’ performance,
Monitoring compliance with architectural and construction documents,
Monitoring compliance with Federal standards, regulations, and
With agency guidance, review project progress and documents before providing a recommendation for the release of payment withdrawals to the construction firm.
You will assist the architectural and construction firm’s with compliance with agency construction administration tasks.
Write project reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Multifamily Construction
State License in Architecture or related field.
Membership in any of these professional organizations ICC, NCARB and NCEES
