AppSheet Construction Site Tracker
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I’ve already started building an AppSheet solution for my small construction company and have an active paid licence through Google Workspace for eight users. The core tables exist, but the app still needs thoughtful structuring, cleaner UX and automated reporting so that site data becomes actionable without extra spreadsheets.
What must be captured each day per site
• Employee attendance
• Material usage (received vs. consumed)
• Work-progress updates
• Carting & other equipment records
• Labour details against each labour contractor
• Daily, site-wise expenses
Scope of work
1. Refine the current data model and forms so that the items above are quick to enter on-site, with dropdowns, defaults and validation that prevent errors.
2. Configure secure user roles for eight named users; foremen should only see their own sites while I retain full admin and reporting rights.
3. Build slice-driven dashboards and scheduled PDF/email reports that summarise labour, material consumption, costs and progress for any date range or individual project.
4. Optimise sync times and offline capability for remote sites with poor connectivity.
5. Provide a short Loom or Meet walkthrough plus concise documentation so my staff can maintain and extend the app.
Acceptance criteria
• Every listed activity has its own stable form with validation and logical defaults.
• At least two automated reports: a daily site summary and a consolidated week-end report.
• Role-based security passes AppSheet’s audit checks.
• All work is delivered within my existing AppSheet environment—no extra licences required.
