I need a product engineer to help with a plastic deck bracket that will be structural.ICC-Es rated

I have two Patents that basically do the same thing. They will be required to support the weight of a human standing on a residential deck. The engineering services would be for ICC ( International Code Compliance) for building products. ICC requires design criteria for loads and stress tables so they can do their testing. There is no electrical or moving parts.
