I need an architect for my small 1000 sqft natural home

I have agricultural land( around 80,000 sqft) in my rural village (28.32413075208705, 80.50814508858755) in district Lakhimpur Kheri,U.P.. I want to build a low cost 1000-1500 sqft sustainable home for my self and my wife. House should not be modern and will not use AC( want to build earth tunnel instead) and neither Electricity ( we will use solar panels ).
