detailed workings, assumptions, adjustments and sources of data
clearly in a professional manner
2- Accuracy and completeness of the recommended budget, Quality and
professionalism of advice on the number of floors to build with the focus
of value. Other cost-related advice and professional observations made to
support the client in implementing this project

A complete taking-off list and query sheet, including dimension
checks and professionally handling of issues, gaps and
inconsistencies in information

Accuracy and professionalism in the presentation of coloured
drawings/ diagrams and related annotations to support the
waste calculations

A complete and accurate setting down of dimensions (quantities)
and descriptions of relevant building works using standard
dimension paper. This should include proper use of traditional
measurement conventions, accuracy and completeness of
quantities and item description supported with appropriate
waste calculations in accordanceto NRM2 and industry practice.

Overall presentation of the Measurement exercise - The
structure, clarity andprofessionalism in the presentation of your
