Structural Engineer for Hoist Installation Parameters

We have designed a purpose madeConstruction Hoist that will be suspended on the edge of a reinforced concrete frame building and are now currently in the process of making it. For the design of the product we have engaged with various mechanical engineers and we have created what we believe is a good product, but now we need to get a structural engineer or someone similar to look at the product and come up with building parameters – for example minimum concrete strength, depth, extra reinforcement in slabs if needed etc to install the hoist on an new RC frame. (According to British and Irish / European standards)

Ideally I would like someone to create some sort of technical file accompanied by a generic Temporary Works drawing that we can send to building contractors to review and give them the necessary information to permit our hoists to be installed on their buildings.
