Slab-on-Grade Garage Foundation Plan

I need a detailed foundation plan for a 2-car garage and patio. The foundation should be slab-on-grade, suitable for clay soil, and reinforced with steel rebar. There will be a 7 inch rise (step) from garage 1 and garage 2.
