Self-build passive house, cultivation of land
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I need an assessment of the land, soil composition, density and depth, rock beneath the soil porasity, water table, drainage. I would also like advice on how to know the previous land use and contamination.
I am not speculating upon the mineral deposits perse as it is unlikely to be more than chalk and loam soil.
I can use this to make planning applications having prior information that may not be released by planning departments at the local council.
