I need an independent assessment of a retaining wall that is part of my boundary fence. The wall has been impacted by landscaping and building works done to the neighboring property.
Requirements:
- Assess structural integrity, focusing on the following issues:
- Leaning or tilting
- Bowing of foundation component
- Height of retainer over 1 meter at its highest part
- Review attached pictures of before and after the works.
