Residential Extension Cost Estimation
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Building Estimator to deliver a comprehensive building estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a residential extension in the UK. The extension is approximately 50 to 100 square meters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an accurate estimate of costs, including labour and materials
- Create a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Provide a comprehensive labour and materials budget
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Building Estimator
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and costs
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
