I’m preparing the ground-work for a new pipeline and need a comprehensive land survey that my engineering team can take straight into construction planning. The route will cut across a mix of rural and built-up areas, so I’m looking for consistent accuracy from one terrain type to the next.
Your task is to capture every contour, elevation change, and man-made feature relevant to the alignment, then pin-point legal boundaries so there are no surprises once excavation begins. Modern tools such as RTK-GPS, total stations, drones, and GIS / AutoCAD-compatible deliverables are expected so our designers can drop the data directly into their workflow.

Deliverables I need to sign off:
• Georeferenced topographic base map covering the full corridor
• Clearly demarcated boundary lines, tied to local control points
• Digital files (DWG, SHP, and PDF plans) plus a concise survey report outlining methods and control accuracy
Once the final data is in hand, I’ll run it through our design software and verify against field stakes, so positional precision must meet current pipeline construction standards.
