Jira Software implementation / Consultation

I am looking for a Arabic freelancer who can help me with the implementation of Jira Software for my team. We are not using any project management tools at the moment, and our main goal for implementing Jira is to increase productivity and efficiency. While we haven't decided yet if we require assistance with onboarding and training our team on Jira, we are open to the possibility.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with Jira Software implementation and consultation, and be able to provide guidance on best practices and customization options. They should also have excellent communication skills to work with our team and ensure a smooth transition to Jira.
The free lancer should be Arabic Language Speaker , and also , Have very good experience in Jira Implementation for Construction companies , product Installation Companies , building Installation and services not experienced in IT Sector
