Georgia (U.S.) PE for Site & Erosion Plan

Job ID: 40328293

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have existing Site and Erosion Plans in PDF that has been rejected by Georgia Newton County and need to lift a Stop Work Order. THIS IS A REVISION ONLY - NOT A FULL REDESIGN.

I NEED A U.S. GEORGIA-LICENSED PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER to do targeted revision and certification. Please revise the existing plans to include the following:

1. FEMA floodplain delineation
Clearly overlay and label floodplain boundaries on the site plan

2. Stream identification + 150 ft buffer
Show exact stream location and dimension (length and width).
If current layout encroaches buffer, shift LOD downslope to fully comply and avoid E&S trigger.
Draw and label 150 ft buffer from stream
Add note: “No disturbance allowed within buffer”

3. Wetlands
Identify if present
If none, include note: “No jurisdictional wetlands observed” (based on reasonable professional assessment)

4. Limits of Disturbance (LOD)
a. Clearly define and label disturbance area (≤ 0.99 acre)
b. Ensure LOD is fully outside:
c. Floodplain
d. Stream buffer
e. Wetlands

5. Add general note:
“No clearing or grading within floodplain, wetlands, or stream buffer areas”

6. Provide updated stamped plan acceptable to Newton County for clearing permit approval and Stop Work Order release.

7. Confirm all slopes and feet distance of each drop to ensure that the buildings' placement in slope are correct.
a. If building placement is wrong as shown in the Boundary dimensions.pdf, please make necessary corrections.
b. There are 3 driveways. Driveway 1 and 2 are on the same level.
c. Driveway 3 is sloped down and wraps around the Future Building toward the Garage Building.

8. Reconfirm the measurements on the Boundard_Dimensions.pdf given the building placements may have changed with corrected site plan.

***** This is a revision only — not a full redesign. ****

PLEASE CONFIRM:
a. Cost for revision only and Georgia PE license number when you bid.
b. Turnaround time within a week
