Flat Roof Timber Joist Calculations
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am mid project, at which point l have released the builder from the project and trying to resolve issues. Building control sllowed the work to begin once calculations wrre submitted however the contractor decide to reach completion of first fix without waiting for cslculations to be worked. I am now required to have the calcilations performef before any option of the work being signed off. I need you to:
• Confirm if the installed timber grade and depth are appropriate for the length of span.
• Provide dead, live, and snow-load check calculations in a clear PDF
• Include a concise summary I can pass to Building Control
Turnaround is ASAP, so accuracy and experience with residential roof design are essential.
