Concept/schematic design drawings for tropical bungalow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am developing a 125.5 sqm single-storey tropical bungalow. I already have a hand-drawn draft floor plan and clear design ideas (see attached architectural brief). I need an architect/designer to refine the layout and create a beautiful modern tropical bungalow concept.
This is not a full permit package. I need concept/schematic design drawings that my local architect can later adapt for local approvals.
Required deliverables:
1. Refined 2D floor plan in metric dimensions
2. Furniture layout and room area schedule
3. Four exterior elevations
4. Roof plan and two sections
5. Simple but elegant tropical roof concept with wide eaves
6. 3D model and minimum four exterior views
7. Front façade render and rear terrace render
8. Material/finish concept board
9. Tropical climate design notes: ventilation, shading, rain protection, heat control
10. Editable DWG and SketchUp/Revit source files
11. Two revision rounds included

The design must remain affordable and simple to build in Cameroon. Please avoid unnecessarily complex roof geometry or expensive construction details.
