Commercial Construction Cost Estimation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m gearing up for a new commercial build and need an experienced estimation engineer to prepare a complete, defensible cost breakdown as quickly as possible. The goal is a clear picture of every dollar required—from materials and labour to equipment, overhead, and reasonable contingencies—so I can lock in financing and schedule with confidence.
Here’s what I expect:
• A detailed Bill of Quantities with unit rates and total costs
• Material and labour take-offs drawn from current market pricing
• Notes on assumptions, exclusions, and risk allowances
• A summary sheet highlighting total projected spend and cost drivers
Use whichever estimating tools you prefer (PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, Excel, CostX, etc.) as long as the final spreadsheets are editable and formulas remain intact. Accuracy and speed are both critical; please outline how quickly you can turn around a first draft and what source data you’ll need from me on day one.
I’ll review the initial estimate for scope and math checks, then we’ll fine-tune if anything is missing. Once we’re aligned, I consider the job done, and you get paid.
