I am seeking a quote for the preparation of a BA3 Certificate of Design Compliance to support my Building Permit application with the City of Mandurah (Reference: BA-133178).

Project details:

Type: Prebuilt modular “container-type” granny flat (Class 1a)

Location: 7 Lanyon Street, Mandurah WA

Scope: The dwelling has already been constructed off-site and will be installed on my property.

Energy compliance: I already hold an Energy Compliance Certificate (NatHERS/energy efficiency report).

Requirement: I require a registered Building Surveying Contractor to review all supporting documents and issue a BA3 Certificate of Design Compliance for submission to the City of Mandurah.
