Assistant for Construction plans , blueprints assistant

My company supplies construction materials to the construction crew, but for new construction projects, they have the blueprint files the conditions of the materials, and the requirements for the Products.
So i need assistance to understand for read the blueprints and to have knowledge on the Build code.
And for any projects, the assistant has to report what kind of Materials they need, size ..
The materials i supply is
Windows
Doors
Kitchen Cabinets
Sinks
i have work for every week
