5 days Leadership training for Junior Developers (North West)

We want to teach juniors how to effectively communicate, resolve conflict and be personal effective from the start of their career. Why do we only teach these crucial skills later on in a career???!

I am looking for an experience trainer to design (1.5 days paid for IP) and deliver a programme giving Juniors, not the soft skills, the real skills needed to thrive in an organisation.

When, where and what is it?
- This is a 5-day course to roughly 5 people initially.
- The start date is 20th May.
- There is a further date of 17th June (depending on numbers.)
- This is potentially a repeatable engagement .

How should it be delivered?
- With energy
- No death by Powerpoint with interaction favoured over slides
- Preferable some onsite in the North West of England (Negotiable.)

Duration:
- 1.5 days for materials.
- 5 days delivery.

Their is flexibility in the curriculum but as a starter:
- Personality profiling/tests
- Effective written, verbal communication
- Story telling
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Radical Candour
- Personal effectiveness
- Conflict resolution

Bonus points:
- The juniors will be Software Developers so any experience of the tech an advantage but not needed.
