Problem-Solving Indoor Team Workshops

Job ID: 40533342

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a set of engaging team-building activities run as indoor workshops that sharpen my team’s problem-solving skills. The space is a standard meeting room, so the exercises have to work without climbing walls or elaborate props—think creative puzzles, scenario-based challenges, and collaborative brain-teasers that get people talking, planning, failing fast, and iterating together.

What I’m after is more than an ice-breaker. Each activity should deliberately surface real-world obstacles my staff face, prompt them to co-create solutions, and leave us with clear take-home techniques we can apply on the job.

Deliverables I expect:
• A workshop outline covering 2–3 hours of content
• Step-by-step facilitator guide with timing, materials list, and debrief questions
• Printable participant handouts or slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
• Brief follow-up action plan template so teams can track how they apply what they learned

Everything must fit into one room, rely on easily sourced materials (markers, flip-charts, everyday objects), and be suitable for 12–15 people. If you have proven frameworks, gamification elements, or experience tying activities back to workplace KPIs, let me know—those credentials will help me choose the right partner.
