OFM Sales Chat Specialist Required

PROJECT TITLE:
Remote OFM Chatter / Sales Chat Specialist Needed – Long-Term Role
PROJECT DETAILS:
We are looking for reliable and skilled sales chat specialists to help manage subscriber conversations for fast-growing subscription-based creator accounts.
This role focuses on maintaining active communication, building genuine rapport, re-engaging inactive subscribers, following internal scripts and sales systems, and guiding conversations toward renewals, retention, tips, and paid content sales.
We are NOT looking for robotic copy-paste chatters. We need someone who can make conversations feel natural, personal, emotionally intelligent, and consistent with each creator’s persona.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reply to subscriber messages in real time
* Build genuine relationships and rapport with fans
* Re-engage inactive or quiet subscribers
* Follow scripts, sales structures, and internal chat guidelines
* Guide conversations toward renewals, retention, tips, and paid content purchases
* Use CRM notes to remember fan details and personalize conversations
* Maintain the correct tone/persona for each creator
* Handle objections naturally without sounding pushy
* Support overall account performance and subscriber satisfaction
WHAT WE OFFER:
* $5–$15 USD per hour depending on experience, quality, and performance and commision based if your the right fit possible 5% - 10%
* Performance bonuses available for strong results

* Training, scripts, sales guidance, and persona examples provided
* Flexible shifts available

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be available for long shifts
* Evening/night availability preferred
* Weekend availability is a strong advantage
* Must be reliable and able to communicate clearly during shifts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous OFM / creator platform chatter experience preferred
* Strong written English
* Fast typing speed
* Strong reading comprehension
* Sales/chatting experience
* Ability to build emotional connection through text
* Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural
* Comfortable working with adult creator accounts under confidentiality
* Reliable internet and laptop/computer
* Must be coachable and able to take feedback

The ideal candidate understands that successful chatting is not just replying quickly. It is about building relationships, remembering personal details, creating emotional investment, keeping fans engaged, and naturally guiding conversations toward paid outcomes.
