New York Probate Settlement Drafting

I need an experienced legal professional to help draft and finalize a settlement agreement for a probate dispute in New York State. Further to SCPA §1404 Discovery, I filed objections to the probate of the will of the decedent (my sister) on the grounds of lack of due execution, lack of testamentary capacity, and undue influence. The negotiation of the terms of a settlement agreement is in progress between the Executor (my brother) and me.
