I am the Plaintiff in NY State Supreme Court, New York County, commercial.
-The complaint was brought by me against my uncle involving ownership interest in grandfather's estate.
-The Defendant and myself are the 2 beneficiaries named by a Trust Instrument, the Defendant is the Successor and acting Trusty named in the Trust.
-The Settler was my Grandfather and the Defendants' father.
-His estate and all businesses and and assets are estimated at over $20 million in value.
-I am currently acting Pro Se . I dismissed my previous counsel due to a serious conflict of interest that I recently discovered.
-I filed this complaint in 2024. A Trust agreement was produced by the opposing party. Since the filing the Defendant has violated multiple court orders and a TRO by; transferring multiple properties, withholding disbursements, obstruction intimidating/interfering with witnesses.
-The Trust Document produced is either counterfeit or a forged and altered document, TBD by an expert analyst.
An Original document does not exist as far as I am aware. I believe it was all constructed digitally and fraudulently.
