Discord Moderation Specialist Needed
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m looking for a seasoned Discord moderator who can step in and keep our community running smoothly day-to-day. Your core focus will be user-facing: enforcing the server guidelines, monitoring live chat for anything that breaks the rules, and stepping in diplomatically when conflicts flare up. I already have basic bot tools in place (Automod, MEE6), so you’ll be free to concentrate on real-time human interaction rather than configuring new automations—though if a situation calls for a quick tweak to a bot filter, that initiative is always welcome.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• Promptly spot and address rule violations or toxic behavior without escalating tension.
• Mediate disputes fairly, logging any serious incidents for me to review.
• Keep chat conversations flowing in a friendly, on-topic manner while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Provide concise daily or weekly summaries outlining any rule enforcement actions and emerging community trends I should know about.
