Design Online Emotional Intelligence Workshops
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m putting together a sequence of highly structured, live-online workshops that will help mothers master complex emotional intelligence, with a strong emphasis on conflict-resolution techniques. Alongside the classes, I want to run ongoing “supportive circles” that blend peer-led sharing with expert facilitation so participants can practise what they learn in a safe, nurturing space.
Here’s what I need help with:
• A clear, session-by-session curriculum that scaffolds emotional-awareness concepts into practical conflict-resolution skills.
• Interactive circle guidelines that spell out how each meeting will balance peer dialogue and expert input.
• Creative visual assets—workbook pages, slide decks, quick-reference infographics—so the material looks professional and engaging. My own background in graphic design means I can supply style references; you’ll translate them into polished final pieces.
• Delivery aids such as facilitator scripts, breakout-room prompts, and simple feedback forms to keep the program tight and measurable.
Acceptance criteria
– Curriculum flows logically over the agreed number of sessions and explicitly ties activities to emotional-intelligence outcomes.
– Circle framework includes timing, roles, and sample questions for both peer and expert segments.
– All graphics arrive in editable formats (Adobe Illustrator or Figma preferred) and stay consistent with supplied colour palette and typography.
– Materials ready to upload to Zoom, Google Slides, or a comparable platform without extra tweaks.
If you thrive at the intersection of group facilitation, conflict-resolution pedagogy, and graphic design, I’d love to collaborate and bring this vision to life.
